Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my page.  I am very excited to be a part of Team Bowie.  I am really looking forward to a great school year and I know that together, we will have many successes.

I am in my 30th year teaching.  During my career I have taught Band, Choir, Theatre Arts, Elementary Music and even Science.  I have taught all levels of students.  I enjoy teaching and sharing my love of Music with young people.  

I am married and have two daughters.  My husband, Randy is a teacher at Bowie High School.  My oldest daughter, Joyana  is a Commisioned 1st Lieutenant in the US Army.  My daughter, Abby is running track at Angelo State University.

In my spare time I love baking.  I even have a side business of baking for people because I love it so much.  I also enjoy theatre and have been in several musicals.

I am an animal lover.  I have a hairless cat and a tortoise.  We also have 2 dogs.  Needless to say that with all that, my house is never boring.
