Hello Bowie ISD! My name is Gerald Cawelti and I am excited to join the Jackrabbit family! I grew up a military brat and was fortunate enough to have experienced living overseas thanks to my father's career in the Air Force! I come to you from the great Show-Me state of Missouri! I will be teaching United States History and World History this school year and I am excited to have a great year with the students. When I am not teaching, I am coaching. I will be coaching football, basketball, and baseball this school year!

Prior to being at Bowie ISD, I taught and coached in Missouri at Chilhowee High School. I spent 5 years there before moving down to Texas and becoming part of the Jackrabbit family. Thank you for the opportunity and let's get this year started!
