Hello Bowie HS!

 As principal of Bowie High School, I am excited to Practice Excellence, Perform Greatness. How you do anything is how you do everything. I want our teachers, coaches, and students to be on top of their game each and every day at BHS. Winning doesn't come on game day, it comes in the daily attention to excellence in and out of the classroom. 

Professionally, I have been an educator since 2011 as a teacher, coach, and administrator. I have taught and coached at Olney HS, Pottsboro HS, and Gunter HS. I have been an assistant principal and principal at Farmersville Junior High school since 2019. I am a proud graduate and former football player at Midwestern State University, where I recently earned my Doctorate in Education in 2024.

 My wife, Katy, is a Physical Therapist, and together we have two daughters Henley & Wittley. In our spare time we love traveling, going to the lake, hunting, fishing, and rooting for our Rangers and Cowboys! My family and I are excited to work with our students, teachers, and community to have an enjoyable and successful school year.
