Welcome to Bowie Elementary!  My name is Kathy Green and this is my first year with Bowie ISD. I have been involved in education for the last 24 years.  I have been a classroom teacher, an interventionist and an administrator. I have recently moved to the area to be closer to my family.  I grew up in Boyd, Tx. and graduated from high school in 1991.  I received my bachelor's degree from WTAMU in Canyon and my master's degree from Lamar University.  I became a principal in 2013.  I am looking forward to working with the amazing students, teachers and staff at BES.       I am very excited to start this new adventure with my Bowie ISD family.  Please feel free to contact me at any time.
