🚨 Hidden in Plain Sight – A Must-See Presentation 🚨
Mrs. Fleming has worked for over a year to bring this powerful presentation to the Bowie community, and to say it’s eye-opening is an understatement.
Even if you believe YOUR kids aren’t experimenting with drugs or alcohol, that doesn’t mean it isn’t happening in our small town. Today’s drug culture is evolving—some things kids can get their hands on are even legal.
This 1-hour session will change the way you think about raising a teen in today’s world. Please join us in the Bowie Junior High Auditorium for this important presentation.
📅 Friday, August 22, 2025
⏰ 6:00–7:00 PM
📍 Bowie Junior High, 501 East Tarrant St.
You don’t want to miss this. #Bowiebuilt

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of one of our beloved bus drivers, Bill Hollowell, who was involved in a vehicle accident Saturday evening.
Bill was a Bowie High School graduate and a dedicated member of our transportation team. He loved driving his daily route and was the first to volunteer for trips with the Jackrabbits, Lady Rabbits, cheerleaders, Steppers, and field trips. Whether behind the wheel or in the stands, Bill showed up with pride and was always cheering on our students with a big smile. We thank Bill for making an impact in Bowie ISD and for showing what it means to be #Bowiebuilt.
Please keep Bill’s family and our transportation department in your thoughts during this difficult time.
