A few BJH parents report not receiving grades and attendance alerts through our parent portal. I shared those concerns with Mrs. Pickett, and through her investigation, she discovered that text alerts from the parent portal are non-functional at this time due to the discontinuation of email-to-text messaging by most mobile carriers. Currently, the company reports no plan to fix this issue. The workaround is that our parents will need to change their alert settings to email notifications instead of text notifications to receive attendance or grade alerts. Thank you so much to the parents who reached out to report this problem. Please let us know if you need assistance with this process.

What does this mean for you? If you plan to deposit money into your child’s account for Beverages and/or Smart Snacks, you will need to register with the new system, i3 PaySchools Central.

Enter through the cafeteria. All schedules will be handed out in the cafeteria.
