Thank you to all of those who attended Meet the Teacher last night! We enjoyed seeing all of our little Jackrabbits and their families.

🎉 A huge THANK YOU to Tabatha Jones for all of her hard work organizing supplies and hosting our Back to School Bash! Your dedication and generosity have been an incredible blessing to our Bowie community and our schools.

Because of your efforts, so many of our Jackrabbit families are starting the school year with the supplies they need for success. We are so grateful for your heart to serve and your commitment to making a difference.

We wrapped up our first week back with our incredible teaching staff, and the excitement for a new school year continues to grow! We can't wait to see many of our little Jackrabbits and their families tonight at the high school football field for Hoppers beginning at 8:00 PM. It's going to be a fun evening filled with a great movie and even better company!

Don't forget to join us tomorrow for the Back to School Bash from 9:00–11:00 AM. It's a great opportunity to pick up school supplies, connect with our community, and get ready for an amazing year at Bowie Intermediate.

We hope to see everyone this weekend—it's a great day to be a Jackrabbit!

Our new teachers are back on campus today for Back-to-School Professional Development, and the excitement is building! We are working hard to prepare for an amazing school year and can't wait to welcome our Jackrabbits back to Bowie Intermediate.

🚨 Important Vaccination Information for the 2026-2027 School Year 🚨

As we prepare for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, now is the perfect time to review your child’s immunization records.

Texas State Law requires all students to have updated vaccination records or a valid exemption on file before the first day of school.

✔️ If your child is fully vaccinated or has a current exemption (expires every two years) already on file with the school nurse — No action is needed!

❗ If your child needs vaccinations or you have not submitted updated records, we encourage you to take care of this over the summer to avoid any delays in enrollment.
