Bowie Intermediate fall picture day will be September 1st!
Last Call for STEAM Night Business Partners!
We are officially about one month away from our Bowie Intermediate STEAM Night on September 22nd, and we are excited about the businesses and organizations that have already committed to joining us!
We currently have about 10 vendors signed up, including the Texas STEM Lab, a few robotics groups, and local businesses. We would love to add a few more partners to the lineup!
If you own or represent a business and would like to show our students how you use Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or the Arts in your daily operations, we would love for you to join us and set up a booth at STEAM Night. This is a great opportunity to showcase your business while helping our students see how STEAM is used in the real world.

As we prepare for our second week, we've received feedback from several parents about some confusion during afternoon dismissal regarding where the pickup line should begin. To help make dismissal smoother and safer for everyone, please refer to the attached map.
If you are picking up your child in the afternoon drive-through line, please enter and circle through the staff parking lot before joining the pickup line. This helps prevent traffic from backing up onto Highway 59 before we begin releasing students.
Once dismissal begins, the pickup line typically moves very quickly and should take about 10 minutes to complete.
Thank you for your feedback, your understanding, and your cooperation as we continue to improve our dismissal procedures. Your support helps us provide a safe and efficient experience for all of our students and families.

We wrapped up our first week back with our incredible teaching staff, and the excitement for a new school year continues to grow! We can't wait to see many of our little Jackrabbits and their families tonight at the high school football field for Hoppers beginning at 8:00 PM. It's going to be a fun evening filled with a great movie and even better company!
